Chicken Breast, Spinach & Strawberries with
Calorie Free Balsamic Vinaigrette.
First official meal on my HCG diet.
This meal is around 200 calories - I'm guessing.
I grabbed about 2 handfuls of spinach, topped the spinach with the 3.5oz (pre-cooked weight) of chicken breast, then placed the strawberries around the edges. Topped with dressing.

How the chicken was cooked:
The 3.5oz of (all fat trimmed) sliced chicken was simmered in 1 teaspoon of white cooking wine along with garlic, pepper, salt & onion seasonings (to taste) for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Turning once half way through.
It was all topped with 2 Tablespoons of "Walden Farms" - Calorie Free Balsamic Vinaigrette! (I could have probably only put one tablespoon on and been good.
There was still alot on my plate after wards.
I will be placing all my dishes on the smaller plates (not dinner-sized).
It looks like there is more food and is better to look at.
